Sheehy Auto Stores is seeking a Service Appointment Coordinator to join our service team in Richmond, VA. This role schedules customer appointments, communicates with customers by phone, online, and chat, and keeps the service schedule organized.

We offer $17 per hour plus a monthly performance bonus, a $500 sign-on bonus, health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off from day one, paid training, and a 401(k) with profit sharing.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Dependable, organized, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and through digital channels.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
