Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Service Manager in Missouri to lead auto service teams, manage technician relationships, and coordinate parts purchases. You will coach staff, recruit technicians, and ensure high customer satisfaction while driving sales and maintaining quality standards.

The role requires 4+ years in auto service with 1 year in a supervisory capacity; a valid driver’s license is expected for test drives and operations in a store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Ability to recruit and select technicians according to store requirements.
• Willingness to continue education and stay current in automotive repair issues.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to individual skill level.
• Oversee the hiring and training of an effective auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions, vehicle inspections and front/back of shop collaboration.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards and company policies.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, feedback and concerns.
