Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a service manager-like leader in Wisconsin to oversee a team of vehicle technicians and drive exceptional customer service. You’ll schedule work, mentor technicians, and coordinate parts or equipment needs to ensure smooth operations.

You’ll manage customer interactions, uphold quality standards, and contribute to sales through proactive engagement and service excellence. This role emphasizes teamwork and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Problem solving - customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, scheduling, equipment maintenance.
• Capacity to lead and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to individual skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee the hiring and training of an effective auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention by effectively managing all aspects of customer interactions, including proactive communication, issue resolution, and follow-up.
