Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Problem solving and handling customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, scheduling, equipment maintenance, etc.
• Capacity to lead and coach others and to recruit technicians.
• Willingness to continue education and stay current in automotive repair issues.
• Must have a valid automotive driver's license at all times to test drive vehicles.

Aufgaben

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to individual skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee the hiring and training of an effective auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication, issue resolution, and follow-up.
• Serve as main contact for customer inquiries and concerns, building long-term relationships.
• Develop understanding of business operations from paperwork to financial transactions and policy adherence to improve efficiency.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions, vehicle inspections, and front/back shop coordination.
• Provide insights to the front of shop to enhance revenue generation.
