Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 4 years auto service technical experience.
• 1 year service manager or service writer experience.
• Problem solving and strong communication skills.
• Valid automotive driver's license at all times.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers and oversee service operations.
• Oversee hiring and training of auto service staff.
• Maintain high teammate retention and quality standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and proactive follow-up on inquiries.
• Manage paperwork, financial transactions and store policies.
• Drive sales through proactive interactions and vehicle inspections.
• Provide insights to front of shop to optimize revenue.
