Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an experienced auto service leader who will manage customer relationships and supervise technicians, while coordinating parts and equipment purchases. The role combines hands-on repair knowledge with strong people skills to drive service excellence.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, scheduling workloads, and maintaining high customer satisfaction across our Bridgestone network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Ability to recruit and select technicians.
• Must have valid automotive driver’s license for test drives.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to skill level.
• Oversee hiring and training of an auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention and quality standards.
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication.
• Facilitate front/back shop collaboration to optimize revenue.
• Develop understanding of store operations and paperwork to ensure efficiency.
