Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers.
• Follow up with customers, services requested, and estimated completion times.
• Oversee complete vehicle inspections and make comprehensive recommendations—build computerized repair orders and source parts.
• Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers and promote shop service specials.
• Lead, manage, and train team while aligning with company vision, values, and creed.
• Supervise up to ten employees.
• Oversee technicians’ inspections, diagnosing, and repairing of vehicles.
• Maintain inventory counts.
• Ensure overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.
• Other duties as assigned.
