The Preston Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our Maryland service department. You will oversee technicians and service advisors, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality repairs, while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will manage budgeting, safety compliance, and performance metrics, driving profitability and a positive workplace culture across multiple brands in our growing group.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive service management experience preferred.
• Deep understanding of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair processes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a customer-service focus.
• Proficiency with automotive service software and tools; budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the service team (technicians and advisors).
• Oversee daily service department operations for efficiency and quality.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor KPIs to improve department profitability and workflow.
