The Preston Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our Aberdeen, MD service team and drive excellence in maintenance and repairs. You will oversee technicians and service advisors, ensuring efficient workflows, strong customer satisfaction, and adherence to safety standards.

As a leader, you will manage budgets, track KPIs, mentor staff, and stay current with industry trends to grow the department and the business while preserving our family‑oriented

Qualificações

• 5+ years of automotive service management experience preferred.
• ASE certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage budgeting and financial performance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and lead a team of automotive technicians and service advisors.
• Monitor and optimize workflow in the service department.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and address inquiries promptly.
