This hands-on role splits time between the service bay, front counter, and back office, acting as a key developmental step toward store leadership. Qualifications

• Experience leading retail or automotive service teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment including time in the service bay.
• Comfortable with cash handling and POS operations.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Availability to work weekends and some holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and lead location in the manager's absence.
• Coach, train, and motivate technicians and service advisors to deliver high-quality service.
• Schedule team to ensure proper coverage during peak hours and busy seasons.
• Onboard and train new team members on service procedures, POS systems, and customer service standards.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment reflecting company values.
• Greet customers, explain services, and promote additional offerings.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating when needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with orders as directed by the Store Manager.
• Track daily sales, productivity, and KPIs to stay aligned with store goals.
