Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail, automotive, or customer-facing leadership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with fast-paced, hands-on environment including service bay time.
• Basic math and cash handling; comfortable with POS and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Coach and motivate technicians and service advisors to deliver quality service.
• Schedule staff to ensure coverage during peak hours and busy seasons.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and brand standards across the shop and front areas.
• Assist with opening/closing, cash handling, and POS transactions.
