Job summary

DARCARS of Englewood is seeking an Automotive Service Cashier / Receptionist to be the frontline ambassador for the dealership, greeting customers and routing inquiries. The role involves answering calls, taking messages, and assisting the sales team with daily tasks to ensure a smooth showroom experience.

We seek friendly, professional individuals with strong communication skills, willingness to work evenings/weekends, and a high school diploma or GED. Automotive environment experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Clear verbal communication and a professional appearance.
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and able to pass background check.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Team player in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet showroom customers and determine the nature of their visit.
• Direct customers to the correct department and notify sales staff.
• Answer basic inquiries and route more complex questions.
• Enter data into prospect tracking systems and maintain switchboard.
• Provide information and take messages accurately.
• Perform clerical duties and support accounting as needed.
