Job summary

DARCARS Lexus of Englewood is seeking a friendly Automotive Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for customers. You will greet visitors, direct them to the correct department, answer basic questions, and handle routine messages with professionalism.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Training and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Must speak clearly and convey professional image to callers and in-person customers.
• Strong communication with customers and colleagues.
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service.
• Able to read and comprehend instructions, policy documents, and short correspondence.
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to sit for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Be a team player and flexible to evenings/weekends.
• Must pass pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet showroom customers and determine the nature of their visit.
• Direct customers to the correct department and notify the appropriate salesperson.
• Answer basic inquiries and refer complex questions to the right person.
• Enter data into the prospect tracking system and manage the switchboard.
• Communicate messages promptly to relevant staff and maintain the telephone roster.
• Provide basic information to callers and assist with clerical duties as needed.
