Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years in auto service, excellent communication, and a professional appearance. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.

• 1-3 years of progressive experience in auto service is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous service.
• Carry out additional assignments to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain Customer Happiness scores at or above company standards.
• Set schedules and assign tasks to service department employees.
• Reinforce company policies and adhere to standards.
• Encourage compliance with laws and regulations.
• Maintain good relationships with factory(s) and foster positive employee relations.
