Responsibilities

• Control workflow through the Service department in an organized, timely manner.
• Schedule technicians, workshop time, and resources to maximize productivity.
• Monitor and preserve effective time controls.
• Communicate between Service Manager, Technicians, and Writers for smooth repairs.
• Provide detailed and accurate reports on request.
• Review repair orders to ensure work is completed with proper paperwork.
