Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking a Crew Chief to join our Costa Mesa service center. You will work closely with the General Manager to guide the crew, uphold service standards, and drive guest satisfaction while leading day-to-day operations.

You will develop teammates through our internal training, focus on revenue growth, and maintain high-quality customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. This role offers leadership experience and opportunities to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership ability to inspire diverse teams.
• Strong understanding of the retail industry and financial objectives.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew under the General Manager to drive revenue growth and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop teammates through internal training programs.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and store operations in collaboration with the GM and District Manager.
• Set the direction for daily team huddles and store meetings to achieve business goals.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and presentable service center per company standards.
• Build an engaged workforce aligned with customer volume and business needs.
