Job summary

Team Car Care West, LLC is seeking a Crew Chief to join our leadership team in Las Vegas. You will guide the crew, partner with the General Manager to grow guest counts, and drive sales while delivering top-tier customer experiences.

You will lead training, coach staff, and ensure quality control, inventory, and safety. This role offers career advancement in a fast-paced, high-performance retail environment with strong bonus potential.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership to inspire and motivate diverse groups.
• Strong business sense and understanding of retail industry.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating manuals.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to drive goals.
• Coach automotive technicians and CSAs with the GM.
• Assist with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Maintain safe, clean, and presentable service center per standards.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and guest issues as needed.
• Open and close the store in GM's absence; support district initiatives.
