Responsibilities

• Lead the crew alongside the General Manager to boost sales and guest experience.
• Coach and guide teammates through training and daily tasks.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to align goals.
• Oversee inventory, product orders, and cash handling processes.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Ensure the service center is clean, safe, and presentable per standards.
• Develop engaged workforce and provide ongoing coaching and direction.
• Open and close the store in GM's absence and support critical initiatives.
