Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach crew with GM to drive sales and guest experience.
• Plan and conduct daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and expense controls with GM.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, inventory, and policy compliance.
• Develop teammates through training and mentorship.
