You will work closely with the General Manager to develop staff, improve guest satisfaction, and execute company standards while advancing your career through internal training and performance-based opportunities.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader with ability to inspire diverse groups.
• Strong understanding of retail business and financial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the team under the General Manager.
• Drive revenue growth through guest counts and sales metrics.
• Ensure high-quality customer experience and service standards.
• Mentor technicians and CSAs; guide training and development.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Maintain clean, safe, and presentable service centers.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Oversee inventory management and ordering as needed.
