Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone with a friendly approach.
• Schedule and remind customers of upcoming visits.
• Follow up to ensure continued service after visits.
• Assist with moving vehicles and basic valet tasks.
• Support checkout processes at the end of visits.
• Use computers for standard tasks and record-keeping.
• Provide customer shuttle assistance when needed.
