Job summary

Gills Point S is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead daily operations at our tire and automotive service center. You will partner with the Store Manager to oversee sales, customer service, scheduling, inventory, and team development.

You will coach and mentor staff, build strong relationships with customers and vendors, monitor performance metrics, and ensure safety and policy compliance while driving service quality and growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive, tire, or retail service experience
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Proficiency with computers, POS systems, and business applications
• Ability to establish lasting customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
• Understanding of labor management, productivity metrics, sales performance, and cost control
• Ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize work while maintaining high quality standards

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of a busy tire and automotive service center
• Build strong relationships with customers, team members, and vendors
• Drive sales growth through outstanding customer service and operational excellence
