Qualifications

• 3+ years automotive, tire, or retail service experience.
• 2+ years supervisory or management experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with computers, POS systems, and business applications.
• Ability to build lasting customer relationships and deliver excellent service.
• Understanding of labor metrics, sales performance, and cost control.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work with high quality.
