This hands‑on leadership role requires 1+ year in retail service management, strong English communication, and the ability to manage cash, inventory, and safety standards while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail service management experience with KPIs and budgeting.
• Strong English communication, written and verbal.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach team members with performance evaluations.
• Drive financial performance through sales growth, profitability, and customer retention.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and bank reconciliations.
• Complete paperwork for sales, receipts, and employee records.
• Monitor inventory and manage supply orders; prevent shrinkage.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve escalated concerns.
• Support automotive maintenance services and operate vehicle types.
• Enforce safety standards and OSHA/environmental compliance.
• Perform tasks assigned by the District Manager.
