Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail service management experience is required.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach team members; conduct performance evaluations.
• Drive financial performance: sales growth, profitability, and customer retention.
• Oversee cash handling, register reconciliation, and bank deposits.
