Jiffy Lube - Premium Velocity Auto (PVA) is hiring a General Manager to lead a fast-paced automotive service center. You will oversee daily operations, ensure an exceptional customer experience, and drive profitability.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong communication, team development, and a focus on safety and standards. You'll hire, train, and coach staff, manage scheduling, performance reviews, and maintain OSHA compliance while delivering service excellence.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail service management experience.
• Strong English communication (written and verbal).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to use computers, online tools, and documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach team members; conduct performance evaluations.
• Drive financial performance: sales growth, profitability, and customer retention.
• Oversee cash handling, register reconciliation, and bank deposits.
• Monitor inventory, prevent shrinkage, and manage supply orders.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve escalated concerns.
• Assist with automotive maintenance services and operate various vehicle types.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain OSHA and environmental compliance.
• Report workers' compensation claims.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the District Manager.
