Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail service management experience.
• Strong English communication (written and verbal).
• Valid U.S. driver's license; authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to train and develop staff.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand long periods.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach team members with evaluations.
• Drive financial performance: sales growth, profitability, customer retention.
• Oversee cash handling, reconciliations, and deposits.
• Complete paperwork for sales, cash receipts, and employee records.
• Monitor inventory, prevent shrinkage, manage supply orders.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve escalated concerns.
• Assist with automotive maintenance services and operate vehicle types.
• Enforce safety standards and OSHA/environmental compliance.
