Jiffy Lube, Premium Velocity Auto, is seeking an energetic General Manager to lead a fast-paced automotive service center. You will oversee daily operations, drive customer satisfaction, develop a high-performing team, and ensure profitability while upholding standards.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong communication, vision, and the ability to coach staff, manage schedules, and control inventory.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store while maintaining a clean, organized, professional workspace
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach team members -- including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
• Drive financial performance: sales growth, profitability, and customer retention
• Oversee cash handling, register reconciliation, and bank deposits
• Complete paperwork for sales, cash receipts, and employee records
• Monitor inventory, prevent shrinkage, and manage supply orders efficiently
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve escalated concerns
• Assist with automotive maintenance services and operate various vehicle types
• Enforce safety standards and maintain OSHA and environmental compliance
• Report workers' compensation claims
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the District Manager
