Job summary

Jiffy Lube, Premium Velocity Auto (PVA), is hiring a General Manager to lead a fast-paced automotive service center and drive exceptional customer experiences.

You will hire and coach a high-performing team, manage daily operations, and focus on profitability while upholding brand standards. This hands-on leadership role rewards initiative and collaboration in a dynamic, customer-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail service management experience.
• Strong English communication (written and verbal).
• Ability to use computers, online tools, and documentation systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach team members; include performance evaluations.
• Drive financial performance: sales growth, profitability, and customer retention.
• Oversee cash handling, register reconciliation, and deposits.
• Complete paperwork for sales, cash receipts, and employee records.
• Monitor inventory, prevent shrinkage, and manage supply orders.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve escalated concerns.
• Assist with automotive maintenance services and operate vehicle types.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain OSHA and environmental compliance.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the District Manager.
