Job summary

Jones Auto Group is seeking a Service Cashier/Administrator to handle payments for services and parts, reconcile orders, and ensure accurate cash handling. The role is full-time with a Monday–Friday 9:00am–6:00pm and Saturday 8:00am–1:00pm shift, located at the Casa Grande dealership.

Responsibilities include processing payments, issuing receipts, scanning orders, and supporting general administrative tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, add, subtract, divide and comprehend written instructions.
• Demonstrated customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Process payments for work completed or parts purchases.
• Reconcile repair orders and parts invoices.
• Issue receipts and manage cash transactions.
• Follow up on aftermarket service contract payments.
• Scan daily repair orders and parts tickets.
