Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Basic computer skills with office equipment (copier, credit card machine, telephone, calculator).

Responsibilities

• Calculate the customer's bill using the dealership's computer system.
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments and record amounts.
• Answer and transfer phone calls and schedule appointments accurately.
• Respond to customer emails, texts, and chats promptly.
• Balance daily deposits and ensure payment is posted on repair orders.
