Mark Toyota of Plover is seeking an experienced Service Advisor/Writer to join our Toyota service team. You will greet customers, listen to concerns, write repair orders, and explain estimates while coordinating with technicians to deliver timely repairs.

Ideal candidates have dealership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple orders with a focus on customer satisfaction in a busy shop environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Service Writer
• Experience in dealership environment preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to explain automotive information in simple terms
• Organized and able to manage multiple repair orders

Responsabilités

• Greet customers promptly in the service drive and provide a welcoming experience
• Listen to vehicle concerns and accurately write repair orders
• Recommend factory maintenance and needed automotive repairs
• Prepare and explain service estimates, timelines, and costs
• Communicate clearly with automotive technicians regarding repair needs
• Provide status updates to customers by phone, text, or email
• Review completed repairs with customers at vehicle delivery
• Maintain strong CSI and customer retention
• Schedule service appointments and help manage daily shop workflow
