Mark Toyota of Plover is seeking an Experienced Appointment Coordinator (BDC) to schedule and manage service appointments and maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the appointment process. This on-site role requires friendly communication and precise record keeping.

You'll answer calls, schedule visits, advise on maintenance, use our scheduling system, and follow up after service to ensure a positive experience.

Qualificações

• Excellent oral and written communication skills a must.
• Ability to effectively communicate in person, by email and phone.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Must possess basic computer skills to access customer data and use job-specific applications.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound phone calls and schedule appointments for guests.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service.
• Provide best-in-class customer service via phone, email, and text.
• Learn basic operation codes for common services.
• Determine proper service needs and consult customers on required maintenance.
• Advise on maintenance recommendations.
• Learn the scheduling system for the Service Department.
• Follow up after service to ensure satisfaction.
• Support the Service Manager with other tasks as assigned.

Mark Toyota of Plover is looking for an Experienced Appointment Coordinator (BDC). This role will be responsible for scheduling and maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the appointment process.

Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound phone calls and scheduling appointments for our guests
• Maintain accurate records of appointments and customer information
• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service
• Offering best in class customer service to every customer by phone, email and text
• Learning basic operation codes for common services
• Determining the proper service needed and consulting the customer for that service
• Advise on required maintenance recommendations
• Learning the scheduling system for the Service Department and understanding scheduling needs
• After Service Follow Up call to ensure that their service experience went as expected
• Declined Service follow upcalls to generate sales, to ensure returned service work
• Other tasks as assigned by the Service Manager

Requirements:

• Prior experience in appointment scheduling
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Hours:

Hours may vary, but majority of hours will be from 10am-6pm to ensure full coverage until end of business day.
