Inspired Performance Auto Jiffy Lube is seeking a Customer Service Advisor (CSA) to be the face of the shop. You will greet customers, explain service recommendations, and ensure every guest leaves with peace of mind. No prior automotive experience is required. The position offers on-site work in Tupelo, MS, with comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

• Greeting customers and clearly explaining service recommendations.
• Ability to perform oil changes, tire pressure, fluid checks and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and clearly explain service recommendations.
• Perform Jiffy Lube Signature Service Oil Changes (oil/filter replacement, tire pressure, fluid checks, inspections).
• Operate the POS system, handle transactions, and answer phones.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and assist with stocking supplies.
• Follow safety procedures and service protocols.
• Deliver fast, friendly, and professional customer experiences.
