Job summary

Downtown Ford of Sacramento is seeking a customer-focused service coordinator to welcome customers, coordinate repairs, and discuss service options. A valid Class A CDL and clean driving record are required, with the ability to work in an outdoor dealership in a fast-paced setting.

You will liaise with technicians, schedule appointments, manage drop-off/pick-up, and help ensure accurate billing while fostering positive relationships for repeat business.

Qualifications
