Job summary

Plaza Tire Service in Arkansas is seeking a Sales & Service Advisor to be the primary contact for customers, helping them understand vehicle needs and recommending solutions from start to finish. You will greet customers, document concerns, quote costs and times, and promote services while keeping the customer informed throughout the repair process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet customers in a professional and courteous manner in person and over the phone.
• Listen to and document customer concerns; inspect vehicles and reference service history.
• Recommend services and clearly communicate additional recommendations from the technician.
• Provide accurate quotes including cost and time for approved services and update customers throughout the day.
• Process transactions, review warranties, and complete the service ticket.
• Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track returns and warranty parts for individual customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
