Job summary

Plaza Tire Service is seeking a Service Advisor to drive sales and provide trusted automotive care in a fast-paced shop environment.

You will greet customers, document concerns, inspect vehicles, and relay technician recommendations to help customers make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service in an automotive setting is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
• Professional appearance and the ability to work in a process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and by phone.
• Document customer concerns and inspect vehicles to verify service needs.
• Recommend services and relay technician input to customers for informed decisions.
• Promote services, parts and accessories through product knowledge.
• Provide accurate quotes with cost and timing; update customers throughout the day.
• Cashing out procedures including review of multi-point inspections and warranties.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service.
• Track new returns, core returns and warranty parts.
• Additional duties as assigned.
