Group 1 Honda Greenbelt is seeking a motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join our fast-paced service department. You will schedule appointments, prepare accurate repair orders, and coordinate with technicians to deliver timely updates to customers.

Candidates should have 1–2 years ADVISOR experience, a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. Weekend availability is required. We offer comprehensive benefits and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years Automotive Service Advisor experience is required.
• Bilingual in Spanish / English strongly preferred but not required.
• Automotive dealership experience
• Must be available to work Saturdays
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have a Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience
• Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates
• Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion
• Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle
• Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information
