Job summary

Group 1 Honda Greenbelt is seeking a motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join our busy service team. The ideal candidate builds strong customer relationships, communicates clearly, and delivers an exceptional service experience.

Requirements include 1-2+ years in service advisor roles, dealership experience, bilingual Spanish/English preferred, Saturday availability, a high school diploma and a valid driver's license. We offer comprehensive benefits and paid training.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years Automotive Service Advisor experience is required.
• Bilingual in Spanish / English strongly preferred but not required.
• Automotive dealership experience
• Must be available to work Saturdays
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License

• Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience
• Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates
• Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion
• Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle
• Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information

Compensation: The range in compensation reasonably expected for this position is $50’000-$100’000/ a year. Compensation may vary based on several factors, including individual performance and market conditions.
