Job summary

Group 1 Honda of Owings Mills is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our fast-paced service team. You will greet customers, create repair orders, estimate times and costs, and coordinate with technicians to deliver timely service.

This role requires at least 1 year of advisor experience, availability Monday through Saturday, and a high school diploma. We offer a competitive salary plus commissions, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience is required.
• Must be available to work Monday through Saturday.
• Positive & Friendly Attitude
• Interpersonal Communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Strong desire to provide an exceptional client experience
• Ability to achieve targeted goals
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License
• Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience
• Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates
• Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion
• Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle
• Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information
