Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Service Advisor experience is required.
• CDK, Xtime, and TSD experience preferred.
• Product knowledge and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and collect vehicle information.
• Promote services and build rapport with customers.
• Provide accurate repair estimates and communicate timelines to customers and technicians.
• Schedule service appointments and manage follow-ups to drive CSI.
