Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Service Advisor experience required.
• CDK, Xtime, and TSD experience preferred.
• Strong product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and interpersonal communication essential.
• Basic computer skills and a valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain vehicle information.
• Advise customers on care and value of maintaining their vehicles per manufacturer specs.
• Generate and provide complete repair estimates.
• Establish and communicate repair completion times with customers and technicians.
• Answer inbound service calls and schedule appointments.
• Follow up with customers to drive return visits and CSI improvement.
• Adhere to warranty guidelines and protect customer and company information.
• Maintain a professional, honest business approach aligned with group standards.
