Group 1 Cadillac Duluth is seeking a high-performing Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. You will greet customers, gather vehicle information, advise on maintenance, and generate accurate repair estimates in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Service Advisor experience is required.
• Proficiency with service scheduling and estimating processes is preferred.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Ability to explain maintenance and repair needs clearly to customers.
• Experience with manufacturer guidelines and warranty processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain vehicle information.
• Promote and build rapport with customers.
• Advise customers on care and maintenance per manufacturers’ specifications.
• Generate complete and accurate repair estimates.
• Communicate repair completion times to customers and technicians.
• Answer service calls and schedule appointments.
• Ensure CSI targets are met and adhere to warranty guidelines.
