• Must possess a valid IL driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Explain repairs to customers, answer questions, and provide estimates.
• Schedule service appointments and prioritize repairs.
• Document services and approvals/declines.
• Process payments and invoices.
• Follow up with customers on vehicle status.
• Ensure work is completed as requested through quality control.
