Qualifications

• Two years of Service Manager or two years of Service Advisor experience.
• College degree and factory training credentials.
• Operate department at a profit according to dealership guidelines.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid IL driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Forecast goals for the department and strive to meet them.
• Prepare and administer an annual operating budget for the Service Department.
• Develop and maintain relationships with manufacturers.
• Hire, train, and supervise Service Department staff.
• Direct and schedule the activities of all department employees.
• Provide technical assistance to employees and oversee repairs.
