Job summary

DELLA Auto Group is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to act as the liaison between customers and the service department. This full-time role offers a competitive salary with performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will greet customers, schedule service, communicate with technicians, review estimates, and ensure timely completion while upholding high customer service standards. The ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma (Automotive Technology preferred), 2+

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Automotive Technology coursework preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the auto industry.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer skills; knowledge of automotive systems and technology.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Schedule appointments for vehicle service and repairs.
• Communicate with technicians and update customers on vehicle status.
• Review and explain service recommendations and cost estimates to customers.
• Provide accurate quotes and obtain customer authorization for repairs or services.
• Monitor and manage repair orders to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety protocols.
