Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in customer service or sales.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills are required to work with customers, employees and vendors.
• Clean driving record & a valid driver's license.
• Strong knowledge of computers, scheduling and inventory management.
• Driven personality, eager to improve and able to work within and support internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Scheduling repair work with our customers and ensuring a positive experience for them.
• Working with the parts department and technicians to ensure work is completed properly and on schedule.
• Maintaining GM customer service standards.
• Preparing and presenting repair quotes in person, online, and on the phone.
