Lia Hyundai Albany is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team in Albany, NY. You will guide the service experience, communicate repair details from technicians to customers, and ensure a positive, concierge-level experience for owners.

Responsibilities include managing drive lane flow, allocating technician time, and delivering prompt, courteous service, with a compensation range of $50,000-$80,000+ per year and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must have a clean and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by communicating all repair information and recommendations from the technician to the customer
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure a positive customer experience
• Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently
