Five Star Automotive Group in Albany is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor for our Chrysler and Hyundai locations. We offer industry leading pay and a signing bonus up to $5,000 for experienced advisors and writers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience.
• Excellent customer service and time management skills.
• Ability to work Saturdays when required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and communicate repair needs, create work orders, arrange bookings and relay estimates to technicians.
• Assist with estimates, finalize invoices, and perform other duties as directed by management.

Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting and communicating with customers on all aspects of repair, such as creating work orders, arranging bookings and communicating them to the technicians, and providing estimates to the consumer and finalizing invoices.
• Performing other store duties and functions as directed by management.
