Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail, customer service, or sales experience.
• Automotive industry experience (6+ months) highly preferred.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with commitment to excellent service.
• Basic computer and POS skills; ability to learn new systems.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers in a professional and energetic manner to identify requirements.
• Lead customers through process with expert product and service recommendations.
• Foster loyalty with clear, honest guidance and transparent advice.
• Manage sales transactions across in-store, telephone, and digital channels, meeting targets.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, warranty programs, and financing options.
• Coordinate between sales floor and service bay to ensure seamless experiences.
• Participate in routine store operations, including opening and closing when assigned.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and keep the sales area clean and professional.
• Collaborate with Store Manager, Assistant Manager, and service technicians to ensure satisfaction.
• Demonstrate dependability, accountability, and a positive attitude in a busy environment.
